You would need a working Mac Operating system to perform this step. If you do not have access to working MAC operating system you can follow this guide.
How to Create Bootable macOS High Sierra USB Drive on Windows Operating System.
For those who already have access to working Mac Operating System, can continue with these steps.
Follow these Steps to Format You USB Drive.
1. Plug in your 16 GB USB Drive
For Destination Select, choose the bootable USB drive you just created and click Continue.
Open the EFI partition on the USB Drive and go to the EFI folder.
Open the Clover Folder and then open the config.plist file. (Double click on the file to open it or right Click and Open with Clover Configurator.) If you have not yet installed Clover Configurator, download and install Clover.
Your Mac will warn you before opening the file, don’t worry. Click Open.
When Clover opens the config.plist file, go to SMBIOS option and click on the Magic wand icon. You will see the following options with different Apple products. Click on the option as per your required system specification. In this case I am choosing iMac Option.
Save the cofig.plist file and close Clover Configurator.
Now copy the Working EFI folder (download it from download section), Multibeast, Clover Configurator and Unibeast to your Flash drive.
Copy any additional Drivers or Software that you may need after Installing High Sierra Hackintosh on your SSD. Here you can copy the NVidia Web Drivers, your Wi-Fi Card Drivers (Mac OS should automatically detect the recommended AC1900 Wi-Fi card and you don’t need to install any drivers. If you are using external Wi-Fi card, copy the Wi-Fi card drivers to flash drive.)
Now, another important step here is to open your USB Drive and right click on the Install macOS High Sierra installer and Show Package contents.
Open the Contents Folder and delete the version.plist file from installer.
That’s it, we are done with creating our Flash Drive. Now you can eject the Flash Drive.
First you need to Insert the USB installer’ into the USB 2.0 Port and Start your PC. The USB 2.0 port is recommended because in some cases the USB 3.0 Port may not work during installation process. If the USB 3.0 port is working, then feel free to use it. (Give it a try)
Now during the PC is starting up keep pressing the BIOS or UEFI Menu button to access the BIOS or UEFI Menu. For most Motherboards, the BIOS or UEFI Menu is placed on the DELETE button on the keyboard. (Please note your BIOS interface would look different but the options will be same in most cases)
Now when in your BIOS or UEFI Menu, first you will need to make a few changes.
1. First and Foremost, go over to the Advanced Mode(F7) Tab located at the bottom and then go to the Exit Tab.
6. Now go to EXIT and click on Save Changes & Exit. When the confirmation popup appears click OK.
Ok,When you select to boot from Flash Drive, you should see the Clover Boot Manager Screen. On this screen you will choose External drive (Flash Drive) Boot OS X Install from Install macOS High Sierra and press Enter to boot into the Installer.
First inside the macOS High Sierra installer select your language and click on arrow to Continue. My preferred language is English.
Now the macOS High Sierra will take you to the macOS High Sierra utilities menu.
First before installing the macOS High Sierra you will need to Erase your disk. Select the Disk Utility and Press the Continue Button.
Now in Disk Utility select the disk were you going to install the macOS High Sierra Hackintosh and go to the Erase Tab.
For disk Name you can use any name and format you can choose between Mac OS Extended Journaled or APFS (Apple File System).
Note: If you are using newer, hardware then you can choose APFS but also, can use Mac OS Extended Journaled. If you are using legacy hardware or older hardware, then it’s recommended to use the Mac OS Extended Journaled.
Now to erase the disk just Press Erase button.
Select Continue >> Agree >> Agree
Select the disk were you going to install to install macOS High Sierra and press the Install button.
Note: During installation process the Mac OS will reboot several Times. For most cases the installing will continue automatically but if not then in the Clover Menu you will need to select the disk were you going to install the macOS High Sierra hackintosh manually.
After installing the macOS High Sierra, continue with personal settings like Language, Keyboard and other settings like creating the computer account or connecting to your Wi-Fi and so on.
Okay now let’s move on the post installation process. After you Boot in Mac OS High Sierra, you would need to copy all the post Installation files from the USB on the desktop. Also, after you copy the post installation files on desktop, you can eject the USB and remove the USB from the PC.

First, you’ll need to run the Multibeast application. Using Multibeast you will need to install the Boot loader and other basic drivers.
Now, under the Drivers Tab select the Drivers for your Audio Chipset on the motherboard. Select VoodooHDA v2. 9.0d10.

Now to install the bootloader and the basic drivers go to the Build tab, in the Build tab select the disk where the Mac OS High Sierra is installed. Click the Install button now enter your Password and press Enter.
Now, go ahead and Restart your Hackintosh. During reboot keep pressing the Boot Menu button to access in the boot menu. In the most of cases the boot menu button is placed on the F12 button on the keyboard. One more time we would need to Boot from the USB.
You will see Clover Boot Loader Screen. On this screen choose the option to Boot macOS from Macintosh HD and hit ENTER.
Enter your password and Log in. You will see some flickering, but don’t worry. This is caused as we have not yet installed the Graphics Driver.
We can now continue with installing the other drivers. If you are a Nvidia Maxwell or Pascal user then you will need to install the Nvidia Graphic Web driver for Mac. After installing the Nvidia Web Drivers you can Restart your Hackintosh. (Note: When installing, Make sure the Destination you install Graphic Drivers on, is your Macintosh HD and not the USB. Also, before Restarting Eject your USB from your PC.)
If you have some additional drivers, then feel free to install the drivers. For example, Install the USB Wi-Fi drivers if you are using USB Wi-Fi Plug.
After installing all drivers, you can Restart your Hackintosh. In macOS High Sierra you’ll need to enable the Audio. To enable the Audio, go into the System Preferences and select Sound.
In Sound, under Sound Effects select Internal Speakers or in some cases Line Out.
Under Output select Internal Speakers or Line Out in some cases.
Under Input select your Microphone and finally the Mac OS High Sierra is ready to use.
